I grew up in a resourceful, creative and sociable family – my father was a psychoanalyst and mother was a potter and painter. Together they bought and restored a series of tumbled-down houses, making beautiful spaces in which to live and entertain. From them I learned the confidence to be creative along with extensive DIY skills. My mother, aunt, and grandmother were all accomplished and imaginative gardeners, but it was only after the youngest of my children started school that I caught the bug and enrolled on an RHS horticulture course at Capel Manor College in Regents Park. I quickly became engrossed and was a very keen, prize-winning student. I started my garden design business in 2016 and it has flourished ever since. I am really enjoying making lovely gardens for my clients – tailoring them to their needs and passing on my knowledge and enthusiasm for plants and outdoor spaces.
